Refund & Return policy

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange an item.

After receiving the item, please contact us within 30 days. A refund will be given as a money back, or replacement.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. It must also be in the original packaging. If not, a refund (if applicable) will be given as store credit only.

If your product arrives damaged, please send us the order number and a picture of the damaged goods within 24 hours of receipt.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-4 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund, first contact your bank or credit card company. It may take time for the refund to be posted to your account.

Orders that include Pre-Order products will ship once the pre-order product is ready to ship. If you need items that are in stock to ship ASAP, please order separately.

We do ship to FPO/APO addresses (non-paint products).

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email or text confirmation, together with your tracking number.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
